Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

SHIPPING

We are happy to package multiple items together. We take great care in the packaging of our products, in fact, we even receive positive feedback noting specifically how well we pack or products. This extra little bit of care ensures the products arrive to you exactly the way we intended.

Typically, postage to most countries takes between 21 and 30 days, with Australian local shipping within 14.

​

We always send with tracking and provide this to you as soon as posted.

​

If necessary, we can also arrange to include insurance for higher value orders (available on request).

​

We typically post once a week on Friday.

​

 

RETURNS

​

Due to the nature of these products, returns will only be accepted if a product received is not as described. 

​

As these are model kit upgrades, and some inherent modelling skills are required, returns cannot be accepted if you do not have the necessary skills to complete the kit. We will always work to assist you if you are having difficulty assembling one of our kits.

REFUNDS

​

We will provide a refund only if we agree and have sent the wrong product or the product s obviously faulty. If we provide a refund we may request the item be returned to us at our expense.

​

Refunds cannot be given if you change your mind on a product, however contact us to work out an alternative arrangement.

We are proud of the products we make. We want you to be excited to receive them and add to your model. We guarantee to do all we can to ensure your transaction goes smoothly, and offer support if you have any difficulties with assembly.

We may also make minor design changes to our products where necessary to improve assembly, or as new reference material is available.
